I looked after a series of content on Les Mills+ (formerly Les Mills on Demand) to drive engagement of different audience segments with our top trainers. This involved initial positioning strategy and art direction, managing pre and post-production of video assets (working with a production company), involvement in scripting, stills photography, and management of design roll-out of platform assets and launch collateral for marketing. I managed a team of photographers, a stylist and a junior designer.
