The Greenhouse Apartments

Developing a brand for a new Ockham development in upmarket Auckland suburb. This entailed working alongside our Design Director on collateral design, content production and art direction, creating press release content and managing delivery of visual assets to media. A large part of the strategy was an on-site pop-up cafe in collaboration with one of Auckland’s most loved bakeries, Daily Bread, as an alternative to the traditional showroom model. This approach was key for positioning the apartments at the heart of the community.
